We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
Items must be in the same condition received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase required.
How to Start a Return

If accepted, we'll send a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order immediately on arrival. Contact us at once if defective, damaged, or incorrect — we'll make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Custom or personalised items are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
Return your item and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Orders shipped to the EU may be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason. Same condition requirements apply.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15+ business days have passed since approval, contact info@fuloos.co.uk.
